When can I expect my product?


For orders within the Netherlands we strive and do everything for a next day delivery for all orders placed before 6pm. Nevertheless, we are dependent on the post provider. A delivery time of 1-2 working days can be guaranteed. 

 
For EU orders allow 4-5 working days.
For orders outside of the EU, please send us an email to process your order.

 

How much does standard shipping cost?


Standard shipping in the Netherlands is €5,90.
Shipping costs to international countries is subject to the destination.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide.

 


What if I want to change or cancel my order?

We are able to cancel your order or change your delivery address within 2 hours of purchase. Send us an email to info@beingboobilicious.com if you need to make any cancellations or (address) changes.

 


How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can follow that link to track your package.

 


Can I return a purchase?

Obviously, we wish you enjoy your product just as much as we do but if you are not happy or changed your mind you can also return your purchase within 30 days from when you receive your package.

Please note that we do not cover the return costs. Email us at info@beingboobilicious.com with your name and order number to start the return process.
Note, we only accept returns of unused products returned with all its packaging. Unfortunately we can only accept returns purchased via our website.

 

When can I expect to see my refund?

Refunds will be made onto your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Some banks may take up to 30 days to process the credit to your account.

 


What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If you order is directly from our website, email us at info@beingboobilicious.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. If you purchased from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for assistance.
