When can I expect my product?
All Dutch orders placed before 3pm Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day and be with you next day. All orders placed after 3pm will be with you within 1-2 working days.
All orders placed in the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
For international orders, the delivery time depends on the destination.

How much does standard shipping cost?
Standard shipping in the Netherlands is €4,50. Shipping costs to international countries is subject to the destination. To find out exact costs send us an email to:
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?
We are able to cancel your order or change your delivery address within 2 hours of purchase. Send us an email to email@example.com if you need to make any cancellations or (address) changes.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can follow that link to track your package.
Can I return a purchase?
Obviously, we wish you enjoy your product just as much as we do but if you are not happy or changed your mind you can also return your purchase within 30 days from when you receive your package.
Please note that we do not cover the return costs.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number to start the return process.
Note, we only accept returns of unused products returned with all its packaging. Unfortunately we can only accept returns purchased via our website.
When can I expect to see my refund?
Refunds will be made onto your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Some banks may take up to 30 days to process the credit to your account.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
If you order is directly from our website, email us at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. If you purchased from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for assistance.
